Shipping and Returns Policy

Valid Reasons for Return:

• Damaged or defective product (physically broken or non-functional).
• Incorrect product (different from what was ordered).
• Incomplete order (missing parts or accessories).

Conditions for Return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Must include original packaging, tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
• Manufacturer’s box must be undamaged (no stickers or tape).
• If delivered in Samco Pakistan packaging, return it in the same condition with the return shipping label attached.
• If returned in inadequate condition, it may be sent back to the customer.

Action Required:

• Contact support within the return period for a refund or replacement, subject to product eligibility.
